Thank you for your enquiry! We are now taking all bookings via our online booking system.

This is to make things easier for you by eliminating back and forth correspondence

It is important you read the following information to avoid making booking errors.


EXISTING CLIENTS:

  • Existing clients must use the information we have on file. This is your full name, email and mobile number that was provided to us.

  • Please find out the correct length visit for your shape and tint service ( just pop us a txt or email). Not all clients require the same length appointment. It is important you know your visit time for future bookings as your appointment is custom to you! If you select the lesser time and need more we can not perfect your brows.

  • If you are after additional services such as a lip wax, or an eyelash tint please add this request into booking notes after selecting your time. An additional service can often be done in the same timeframe as your main service.

  • If you are after several additional services such as lip wax, Nasal wax, and an eyelash tint, this will require further time. You must email us directly for bookings in this case.

  • Only 8 weeks in advance will show online. Cancelations 48hours prior can not be made online, you must contact the salon direct to do so. Please note cancelations fees when cancelling appointments.


NEW CLIENTS:

  • Please read our terms of booking prior to booking an appointment here 

  • For any further questions please visit our price list here  OR our F&Q page here 

  • You will be contacted for pre payment  during business hours

  • New clients MUST select an Initial appointment, do not select appointments that are for existing clients

The Brow Hub studio is based at 35/145 Stirling Hwy, Nedlands 6009

FINDING THE STUDIO:

Our studio is located within Chelsea Village & can be easily accessed by turning of Stirling Highway onto Weld Street.  We are situated on level one, so please walk into the village and locate the signage that indicates what stairs to take for suite number 35

PARKING:

Ample free all day parking is found to the back of the building. Parking can also be accessed by Robinson Street, however our studio is located to the side of Weld St, or the East wing of the building.
